Together with the Jagiellonian University, PAG Uniconsult and IMAPP we have prepared an evaluation of project selection system of Smart Growth OP. The aim of the study was to assess coherence, utility, efficiency and adequacy of project selection system, including the selection criteria for the programme.

Evaluation of particular measures covered both the assessment of already adopted selection criteria of projects, call for proposals documents and assessment system, before the start of call (ex-ante) as well as assessment of functioning of the selection system within the given measure (ex-post).
