Our experts took part in 3rd Interregional Evaluation Conference held in Torun on 21-22 June 2016.

During two days of robust discussion we have made an attempt to summarize, what have we achieved so far, in terms of evaluation of public policies, and what are the challenges ahead of us in 2014-2020 perspective.

Our experts – Stanisław Bienias, Piotr Stronkowski and Rafał Trzciński also contributed to the discussion with their presentations on effects of Cohesion Policy as seen from the point of view of evaluations performed by the European Commission, and theory based evaluation.

Our experiences from evaluation prepared jointly with Danae served as a background for our Partner's presentation on design thinking in evaluation.
