Evaluation of the effects of ESF projects implemented by NGOs in Pomorskie

In 2013, together with EGO, we have prepared a study on the effects of projects co-financed from European Social Fund, implemented by NGOs in Pomorskie.

The main objective of the evaluation was to assess the effectiveness, utility, relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of the support offered by NGOs implementing projects under the regional component of OP Human Capital. The aim was also to identify the challenges and needs of Pomeranian NGOs in terms of implementation of projects co-financed from the European Social Fund in the financial perspective 2014-2020.

Within the study we have used two complementary and currently promoted by the European Commission research approaches: theory based evaluation and counterfactual impact evaluation, with the use of propensity score matching technique.
