Graduate of sociology and psychology at the Jagiellonian University. A scholar and a graduate of the Educational Measurement programme. She also graduated from Summer School on Counterfactual Impact Evaluation 2013 and Fundamentals and Methods for Impact Evaluation of Public Policies 2014 in Italy. Graduate of ICPSR Summer Programme in Quantitative Methods of Social Research 2014-2015, at the University of Michigan, United States.

Current Research and Statistical Data Analysis Director. For several years she has been working as a statistician in the Educational Research Institute. Since 2014 she has been involved in consulting the construction of evaluation system of education for Public Education Evaluation Commission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For several years she has been cooperating with the Center for Evaluation and Analysis of Public Policies at the Jagiellonian University, as a coordinator and an expert in projects in the area of public policies oriented at regional development, strategic planning and development of the education system. She has cooperated with the Ministry of Regional Development, the Ministry of Education and the Centre for Education Development as an expert in research and statistical data analysis. She provides training for public administration employees in the area of strategic planning, indicators, as well as monitoring and evaluation. She teaches methods and statistics in social sciences at the Jagiellonian University. The author and co-author of many publications on public policy and research methodology. She specializes in the assessment of enterprises' competitiveness and using causal modeling, including counterfactual methods in the evaluation of public interventions.
