Mid-term evaluation of FENG

We are responsible for mid-term evaluation of the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme. The study will assess the effectiveness of FENG implementation to date, the adequacy of the programme assumptions in the current socio-economic context, and the coherence and efficiency of the intervention.

The work will also look beyond the current implementation period by identifying key development challenges and possible directions for supporting the productivity and innovativeness of the Polish economy after 2027.

The study is being carried out by a consortium composed of Fundacja Idea Rozwoju PAG Uniconsult Ltd. and Taylor Economics Ltd.
