Ex-post evaluation of the BGK aid scheme

We will carry out the ex-post evaluation of the aid scheme implemented by Polish development bank (Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, BGK) under the European Funds for a Modern Economy Programme 2021–2027. The study will cover both the overall BGK aid scheme and an in-depth assessment of measure FENG.02.30 Equity Instruments.

Its aim is to assess to what extent the aid provided was adequate to the problems identified, proportionate to the needs, and effective in relation to the intended objectives. An important part of the work will also be the analysis of change mechanisms, the incentive effect, and possible unintended effects.

The study is being carried out by a consortium composed of Fundacja Idea Rozwoju, PAG Uniconsult LTd. and Taylor Economics Ltd.
