Evaluation of education and cultural projects in Łódzkie voivodship

IDEA Foundation together with FUNDEKO Korbel, Krok-Baściuk General Partnership and Laboratorium Rozwoju Sp. z o.o. is carrying out the survey Evaluation of utility, relevance, efficiency and sustainability of projects implemented within Regional Operational Programme for Łódzkie voivodeship in the field of culture and education during 2007-2013.

The aim of the survey is evaluation of utility, relevance, efficiency and sustainability of projects from the point of view of local governments, schools and education units as well as voivodeship citizens.

The survey will be carried out in 2 modules:

Module A: Evaluation of utility, relevance, efficiency and sustainability of projects implemented within Regional Operational Programme for Łódzkie voivodeship in the field of education during 2007-2013

The objective of Module A is to evaluate impact of given projects on the level of achievement of ROP ŁV objective given the main evaluation criteria. Evaluation of the level of complementarity of implemented projects with activities carried out within regional component of OP HR and other national programmes in the context of the future programming period 2014-2020 will be also the aim of the survey.

It will also include analysis and mapping of activities carried out in the education sector in Łódzkie region.

Modul B:  Evaluation of utility, relevance, efficiency and sustainability of projects implemented within Regional Operational Programme for Łódzkie voivodeship in the field of culture during 2007-2013.

Within this Module the consortium will evaluate projects, given the main evaluation criteria and will assess cohesion of those projects with others implemented within other national and regional programmes.

The outcome of this Module will be Culture development programme for Łódzkie voivodeship for 2014-2020.
