Are ESF projects of NGO's effective?

In Pomorskie we have prepared a study on the effects of projects co-financed from European Social Fund, implemented by NGOs in this region.

The main objective of the evaluation was to assess the effectiveness, usefulness, relevance, effectiveness and durability of support offered by NGOs under projects in regional component of OP Human Capital. We have made an attempt to identify challenges and needs of the Pomeranian third sector in terms of implementation of ESF projects in the financial perspective 2014-2020.

The study was carried out with the use of two approaches: theory based evaluation and counterfactual impact evaluation.
