On 24-25 November 2015 our Experts, Stanislaw Bienias and Rafał Trzciński will train members of Evaluation Steering Group of Kujawsko - Pomorskie Regional Programme.

The training will be dedicated to:

1) Logic and assumptions of counterfactual evaluations,
2) Research methods and techniques, which can be used to estimate the effects of programmes and projects,
3) Designing counterfactual evaluations,
4) Use of theory based impact evaluation.
