As a subcontractor of KPMG we were involved in preparation of an analysis for Poland, regarding administrative capacity financed by technical assistance in 2007-2013 period.

We have analyzed the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery system of cohesion policy and identified the main success factors which facilitated the implementation of this policy.

The study was an element of ex-post evaluation of Cohesion Policy in 2007-2013 period, commissioned by the European Commission.
